Yes, we are shipping internationally to more than 137 countries but make sure your country is included in the drop-down list while placing an order.
In Dubai: Same-day delivery on all orders received on working days before 6 PM.
In other states of UAE: All orders are delivered within 24-72 hours using Emirates Post.
International: the time for international orders may vary depending on the destination. On average of 2-7 working days, sometimes that could be late due to customs clearance.
Note: Customized Products take additional 4 working days.

Our return policy is 5 days if the item you received is damaged/not working or the wrong item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be only in the form of credit/coupons that can be used on our website for shopping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can cancel your order only if it’s the same day before 11:59 PM UAE time and the shipping process is not started.
