Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days for orders from outside of UAE and 3 days for orders in UAE from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unopened, in its original condition as you received it, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Opened products are not subject to return unless they are defective when received.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  • For the branded items, the seal must not be broken.
  • Some items, such as customized and items marked as sale, may not be eligible for return.
  • Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further information.
  • If the item received is defective, the customer must return the item for replacement within 3 days of receiving it, otherwise, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide them with your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if your return is eligible.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included.
  • Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our customer support. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Inspection and Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria which will take 3-10 working days.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a cashback coupon equivalent to the value of the returned item, including any applicable taxes. The coupon will be provided via email or any other agreed-upon method.
  • If the order is cancelled by the customer before the processing of order is started, the payment gateway fee will be deducted from the amount paid by customer i.e 2-75% for locala card payments, 3.25% for international card payments and 6.5% for tabby.
  • The cashback coupon can be used towards future purchases on our website or in-store, and it will be valid for a specified period as mentioned in the coupon.

Exclusions:

  • Shipping charges and expenses, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • The cashback coupon cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined with any other offers or promotions.
  • The cashback coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
