We aim to process and ship your orders latest by the same or the next working day of receiving your order. Once the order has been shipped, it can take between 1-3 days to receive the order in UAE. Customized products can take 7-10 days shipping but we try to deliver as soon as possible (within 4 days).

For international orders, we use emirates post which is affiliated with DHL. Shipping charges charged from customers are according to the emirates post. If you are shipping an item over AED100 international, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance for your item on your own. After getting tracking info it’s the customer’s responsibility to purchase the insurance of the product. As2 will not responsible for any kind of loss or damage during the delivery.

The time period mentioned on the checkout page is the average time it takes to deliver the item, but in some consequences, the delivery may be late, it’s not under our control and we will not be responsible for that. AS2 will just ship the Item from here with the service selected by the customer.

CUSTOM DUTY (International Orders)

The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to pay Customs Duties or fees as levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate what they may be. International shipping times vary by carrier & destination (14-21 working days). In any condition, if the recipient is failed to claim the product, is unable to receive it, or is unable to provide relevant documents, AS2 will not be responsible for such loss and the fund will not be refunded.


We strive to ensure your satisfaction and provide an excellent shopping experience. Our return policy allows for item returns within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition with packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as customized and sale items, may not be eligible for return, so please consult our customer support for clarification.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support within the specified timeframe, and they will guide you through the process, including providing a return authorization number. The item should be securely packed and shipped to the designated return address at your expense unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a cashback coupon equivalent to the item’s value, including taxes. This coupon can be used for future purchases and will be valid for a specified period. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cashback coupon cannot be converted to cash or combined with other offers. Please be aware that this return policy may change without prior notice, so we recommend reviewing it before making a purchase.


Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and customized items cannot be refunded under any condition.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order only if it’s the same day before 11:59 PM UAE time and the shipping process is not started. We really hope that you’re happy with your purchase! Should you have a problem with your purchase, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers most items for up to 1 month only for products manufactured by AS2.

In most cases, the warranty is provided by the official manufacturer and their service centre. This ensures that the product is managed by trained professionals and with utmost care.

For any AS2 manufactured products with an issue, the customer can either return the item at the AS2 ELECTRONICS office, or we can arrange for a pick-up that will be charged at a nominal rate.


We only replace items if they were delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
